2021 Grenache Blanc Pet Nat

Our 2019 "Golden Road" Pét-Nat is full-bodied with notes of almonds.  This sparking Grenache Blanc from Tierra Alta Vineyard uses only the vineyard's vigorous native yeast. Made in the Method Ancestrale, like the French monks did in the 1500's, the lees are not disgorged and allowed it to "just do its thing" with the least amount of manipulation.  The bubbles are formed as the wine finishes the last of its primary fermentation in the bottle. This method results in a nice smooth carbonation with smaller bubbles than other methods. This Pét-Nat is vegan friendly and has no added sulfur.
