2017 La Encantada Vineyard Pinot Noir

Our 1 acre block of clone 115 here is partially sheltered from the strong breezes that wash across this vineyard, even so the vines struggle to get to 2 tons per acre (TPA) and rarely do. The wine was gently destemmed then cold soaked for 4 days and fermented with gentle punch-downs.  Aged in all tight-grained French oak barrels with 35% new for 21 months.
